Comprehensive transaction advisory services were provided to modernize Sindh’s mango sector and enhance its global export potential. The project focused on establishing a state-of-the-art processing facility and an integrated supply chain through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
Our team was responsible for conducting a full-spectrum feasibility study—covering technical, financial, and legal aspects—to address high post-harvest losses and improve value addition. We structured the PPP framework, managed the entire procurement process (including RFP development and bid evaluation), and provided ongoing support to the Government of Sindh until the final contract award and financial close.

IQ Capital Plus was engaged by the Directorate of Agriculture Marketing, Sindh, to provide specialized transaction advisory services for the development of a modern wholesale market in Larkana. Given the region’s high output of guava and seasonal vegetables, the project was designed to replace inefficient, outdated infrastructure with a modern facility capable of handling large trade volumes outside the congested city center.
Our firm’s scope focused on the commercial and financial structuring of the Mandi, facilitating its development through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) or concession-based framework. We provided the legal and financial guidance necessary to bring the project to a successful financial close, including the finalization of consultancy agreements and the establishment of robust performance security protocols.

This strategic initiative aimed to drastically reduce post-harvest losses and preserve the quality of perishable goods, including fruits, vegetables, and high-value non-agricultural items like pharmaceuticals and seeds.
Our firm conducted a comprehensive feasibility study that included a national market demand assessment and a strategic location analysis to identify optimal hubs near production centers and transport corridors. We defined the technical viability and sizing requirements for specialized CA equipment and developed a robust financial model—incorporating CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, IRR, and NPV metrics—to ensure the project’s commercial bankability and long-term sustainability.

Addressing a critical need for hygienic food infrastructure in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), this project focuses on the construction of a modern, state-of-the-art slaughterhouse facility. The initiative was conceptualized to solve the significant economic losses and public health risks—such as food poisoning and bacterial infections—arising from unsatisfactory traditional slaughtering techniques and polluted environments. By providing a controlled, disease-free environment, the project ensures the delivery of healthy, high-quality meat to citizens while maximizing the commercial utilization of invaluable by-products like hides and skins.
Our firm served as the Technical Advisor to the Capital Development Authority (CDA), providing end-to-end consultancy services for this essential urban infrastructure. We were responsible for the technical feasibility study to validate the facility’s requirements and the development of a master plan to ensure optimal site utilization and biosecurity. Our role extended to the detailed engineering and architectural design phase, where we integrated modern hygienic standards with efficient operational workflows.
